Terms of use

How Demonstration practice and its people use AML Workbench.

What it is for

AML Workbench helps a practice record customer due diligence and risk assessment. It drafts; a person checks and signs. The signed assessment is the practice's record, not the draft.

What you agree to

  • Use it for the practice's own client work, with your own sign-in. Do not share it.
  • Check each drafted answer against the transcript before you confirm it. You are responsible for what you sign.
  • Bring in only transcripts of meetings the practice is entitled to hold, and do not put information into it that does not belong in an AML/CTF record.
  • Tell the practice at once if you think someone else has used your sign-in.

What it does not do

It does not give legal or compliance advice, and an AI draft can be wrong. It supports your judgement and does not replace it. Nothing here limits any right a person has under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Records

Signed assessments are kept for seven years and transcripts are deleted on the practice's schedule. See the privacy statement.

Changes and law

The practice may change these terms by telling its people. They are governed by the law of [the practice to name its state or territory].
